This Cow's milk version of the popular BBQ cheese is oh, sooo creamy. It browns well, gets lovely and gooey on the inside when cooked with a vein of mint running through the centre. Feedback from our customers during development of this product was that many were trying to lower their salt intake and halloumi is typically very salty. We listened! and have produced this lightly brined version - we figure you can always add more salt if you'd like!
